We strive to make your purchases on the website https://asics.pl.ua only enjoyable. If for any reason the product does not suit you, you can return or exchange it in accordance with these rules and the current legislation of Ukraine. Read the terms below.
1. General conditions
1.1. Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, if the goods have not been used, the presentation, consumer properties, factory labels and original packaging are preserved.
1.2. Returns and exchanges are made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
1.3. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the promotion or by agreement with the Administration.
2. Conditions for returning goods
2.1 You can return the goods if:
- it has not been used (no signs of wear, scuffs, odors, etc.);
- all tags, labels and packaging are preserved;
- you have a document confirming your purchase (electronic order confirmation).
2.2. Goods with defects discovered after purchase (manufacturing defects) are subject to exchange or return at our expense after confirmation of the defect.
3. Return procedure
3.1 Contact our support service via email or phone number specified in the "Contacts" section within 14 days of receiving the goods. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.
3.2. Send the product along with the completed return application (our support will provide the form) to the address indicated by our managers. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking capability.
3.3. After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund your money within 10 working days to the details you specified or offer an exchange for another product.
4. Exchange procedure
4.1 If you want to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or model), please contact our customer service. We will check if the desired item is available in stock.
4.2. Send the unsuitable product according to the procedure described in paragraph 3.2. After receiving it, we will send you a new product within 3 working days , if it is in stock.
4.3 If the desired product is not in stock, you can choose another model or get a refund.
5. Exceptions
5.1. The following items are not subject to return or exchange:
- were used or lost their marketable appearance;
- were manufactured or modified according to the individual order of the buyer;
- belong to categories that are not subject to return by law (for example, socks or other personal hygiene items if the packaging has been opened).
6. Refunds
6.1. Funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made (to a card, bank account, etc.), unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
6.2. The refund period is up to 10 working days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
7. Resolution of disputes
7.1 If you have any questions or complaints regarding returns or exchanges, please contact us via the "Contacts" section. We strive to resolve all issues promptly and in the interests of you.
7.2. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
