User Agreement of the website https://asics.pl.ua

Welcome to the website https://asics.pl.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the site administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") regarding the use of the Site. By using the Site, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The website https://asics.pl.ua is an online platform that offers Users the opportunity to view the range of Asics brand footwear, order products and receive information about delivery and payment.
1.2. All rights to the Site and its content belong to the Administration or are used on legal grounds.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. The new version of the Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.

2. Terms of Use of the Site

2.1. The User undertakes to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. It is prohibited:

• copy, distribute or modify the contents of the Site without the prior consent of the Administration;
  
• use the Site to post or transmit malicious content, spam or other illegal information;
  
• perform actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Site.
  2.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
  

3. Placing an order and purchasing goods

3.1. Ordering goods on the Site is carried out through the shopping cart or using the contact information specified on the Site.
3.2. All prices for goods are indicated in hryvnia and include taxes stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine. The cost of delivery may be indicated separately.
3.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the goods are not in stock or for other justified reasons, notifying the User of this.
3.4. The terms of payment and delivery are regulated by the relevant sections of the Site (Payment and Delivery).

4. Return and exchange of goods

4.1. The user has the right to return or exchange the goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, while maintaining the product's appearance and packaging.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Administration undertakes to process the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
5.2. Personal data provided by the User is used exclusively for the execution of orders and is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

6. Responsibility of the parties

6.1. The Administration shall not be liable for:

• temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical work or other circumstances;
  
• damage caused by improper use of the Site by the User;

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the User and the Administration.
8.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the commencement of the User’s use of the Site and shall remain in effect for the entire period of such use.
9.2. All issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
